just off Public square. Parking structure is on S Franklin st side. Cross street: Public Square and S franklin
Cruisiest spot: in the , one of em has a peep hole to see into the other. If you cant see stroke your and tap your foot. If the other party wants you they will respond.
When to go
Monday thru Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 11am-5pm Best times: Afternoon and early evening. Early mornings were really good too at one time. Not sure about now a days.

Make sure other party is cruising and not there for bathroom usage. Lots of action used to take place here. They must know what goes on but nstore security never has seemed to care.
