The guide

Where exactly

You drive on to the campus of the Uniersity of North Carolina Wilmington and follow the signs to Randall Library. You go up the main flight of stairs and there is a men's restroom in the upper right hand side of the library doesent recieve a lot of traffic but has cruisers. Cross street: Randall Drive

Cruisiest spot: The areas the one of the far left has a peep hole.

When to go

7am-3am Best times: 10am-12pm and 10pm-2am are the best times to cruise.

Etiquette

The library is open to the public so all types of people are coming and going. Just tap your feet three times and let the magic began.
