Just sit and chill in the second library washrooms. when you walk up the stairs turn left..pass the first washroom sign and keep going..follow right and walk through the area with like 6 comps...in the next book room there is another washroom. Wait in there and tap ur feet three times noticably..wait for a response and then flush. Wait.

Just cruise down Portage Ave.,its right by CBC building. The cruisy washroom are in the library, which is located on the 4th & 5th floors of Centennial Hall. See maplink. Cross street: Balmoral
