Where exactly
Drive straight down Pembina Hwy till you cross underneath the Perimeter Hwy Bridge, and your first right is a street called Cloutier (crossing Pembina to turn right) and follow that road all the way. Kings Park will be on your right. Cross street: Kings Drive

When to go
Closes at 10:00 pm. Park Police. Park on a side street, and walk in. LOTS of spaces to hide. Best times: Busy during day. Nights are quiet. Need to start this place up at night! Dates open: Mid Spring to Late Summer

Grab crotch at inviting onlookers, and let's have some fun in the trees. Probably meet by the washrooms and then head in to the trees.

ya..its flooded...when its dark there are still nice places to go to if u walk into the park...but daytime is ok too when its not busy... you can still get to the far side, you just need to walk through the off-leash dog park to get to the garden area, then the bushes are still good
