Head out on the south perimeter, its easily accessable going up McGillvray Blvd, right outside Oak Bluff. Cross street: South Perim/McGillvray

Cruisiest spot: Park in the back of the lot and just sit there, stay for a minimum 30 mins.

i think its open later...not sure what time until. Best times: Anytime..just look around.

Etiquette

If you see a lone gentleman looking at the cars and a bit lost, then give some type of sign to get their attention.

Safety

Nosey old folks sometimes. Cops sometimes drive by. Families are around better to go at night.
