Early mornings tend to be the best.

Etiquette

Guys of all ages cruise here from my experience. Also if you go into bathroom and another guy makes eye contact and scratches his crotch that means he's looking.

Nudity: I've had a guy undress me completely, just gotta be careful.

Safety

Just be careful about too many people coming into bathroom, avoid mid afternoon and early evenings. There doesn't seem to be any security.
