Where exactly

The Tims is at the south end of the MTS Centre at Graham Ave on the main floor. You can use any entrance at the MTS centre to get there. The washrooms are across from the Tim Horton's counter.

When to go

All day, as long as the Tims is open. Mornings are pretty good same with afternoon.

Etiquette

Jerk at , make eye contact, tap foot, the usual signs. Both the s and stalls are good places to cruise.

Nudity: Only in the washroom

Safety

Street people wander in once in a while.

UPDATE: I WORK AT THE MTS CENTER ON A REGULAR BASIS AND THIS IS NOT A CRUISING LOCATION. THIS POSTING WAS CREATED BY SOME ANONYMOUS GUY LOOKING FOR A FREE FANCLUB UPGRADE.
