Where exactly

Right next to the Winston Salem Visitor's Center. When you pull into parking lot go to the back, there are two lots in the back. You will see a brick walkway that will lead down into the building. Go in there. You will see the Elevator go to the left restroom is right there. Cross street: Marshall

Cruisiest spot: East Wing public restroom.

When to go

M-F 5pm-6pm is a hot time.

Etiquette

If no one is in the 2nd , go in. If there is someone in, go up to the sink and rub your . If someone is looking, they will open the door and let you in. Private s that no one can see in.
