Walk past Argos, keep going straight past Boots, Cash Converters to the end of the road, cross over the lights and its to the right of the Sports Centre.
Cruisiest spot: Urinals/ cubicles.

Anytime really, busiest at mid-morning, or about 3pm when the contruction sites close.
Safety
You get alot of old guys in there. Just be careful like in any other place. It might be watched, I dont know that, but just be careful.
