Where exactly

Go to Wurtsboro NY and take rte 209 to Port Jervis and on the left side you will see a sign for Basha Kill about 2 miles out of Wurtboro make left and go to the end of the road you will see the parking lot.

When to go

Anytime from 6 AM to 8 PM

Just walk on to the woods and you will find lots of action.

I have never seen any police there.
