Where exactly
From George Washington Hwy (US 17), follow the Colonial Parkway Williamsburg signs. Once on the parkway, any of the scenic pull-off areas can be cruisy. Cross street: US 17 and I-64.
Cruisiest spot: Any of the pull-offs between Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg and Jones Mill Pond pull off (1st one on right coming from Willimsburg to Yorktown).

Mornings around 9-11 and late afternoons and evenings.

Etiquette
Any guys who are alone sitting in their car in these pull off areas are more than likely cruising. The pull-offs between Jamestown and Williamsburg and Jones Mill Pond Pull off offers trails for privacy. Take a walk and one will follow.

Safety
Families during summer travel season. US Park Police do patrol the parkways, but they more concerned about speeders on the parkway since it is shared with bikers.
