Where exactly
Braddock Road Metro Station. The cruising area is on Mt Vernon Ave, right beside George Washington Middle School. Cross street: Mt. Vernon Ave
Cruisiest spot: There is a field right in the back of GW middle school generally used for sporting events. If you look along the field, you'll see a long fence with some entry holes. It's behind the fence where the action takes place. It's right in the back of the Braddock Rd metro station.

Evenings and late nights.
Etiquette
Right by the fence there's a path, if you're waiting to cruise, just stand there and you should get lucky.
Safety
Not a problem here, not a lot of people come by during the evenings and late nights. The only tip I can give you is to be discreet.
