Hatcher Graduate Library South Stacks
5th and 6th floor men's rooms: these are still active, but used sporadically. Outside of term time (Sept-Dec., Jan-April), they are essentially dead. Best times seem to be early afternoon/lunch time and around 5 p.m.

Not always a great place during busy store hours. Early mornings and late evenings are fairly private. Avoid weekends. You also usually can find a few guys in the store walking around with empty carts looking to hookup.
