On campus, its the building on the right when you turn onto East U from South U, next to the international institute.
When to go
Mid-afternoon to early evening is when its open and isn't very crowded. Same for anytime earlier than 11:00 am.
Etiquette
3rd floor bathroom has a note that just appeared this month looking for curious guys.
Nudity: Stalls are large, especially handicapped stalls, and most bathrooms are pretty quiet, but don't be TOO obvious!!
