The best cruising bathroom is the one across from the main park with the boat dock. It's not the nicest bathroom but who cares, you're not there to fuck the toilet are you? Plus if you wanna cruise at night the boat dock area is the only one not locked with a gate. Official hours are 8-8 but if you go late at night no one really cares.

The best bathroom to cruise is the one near the boat dock because there are less people and that part of the park never locks a gate so you can go pretty much anytime day or night. When you go there hang in the stall and wait for someone to come in and use the urinal. Then if feet tapping occur unlock the door and voila now the real fun can start!
