601 N. Manchester St. From northbound I-395 take Exit-5W (Rt. 7W/King St.) toward Baileys Crossroads. Turn right at Carlin Springs Road and proceed to Rt. 50-W (Arlington Blvd). On Rt. 50 west, take right at first traffic light onto N. Manchester St. Proceed to Bluemont Park entrance on right. Cross street: Wilson Blvd.
