Where exactly
It's up by Water Tower, across from the Airport, sort of. You can also access it by going up by the University College parking lots across from Abundant Church and in the wooded area adjacent to them.

Just park your car in the wooded area in one of the parking spots or in the paved lot across from the church.
Safety
Police drive through very rarely. After 9 pm you may have the University College Security. A guy drive through in green pick-up just to see what's going on and try to get you to leave.

I was up here a couple of weks ago in my rig and got some decent action. Blew two guys in my rig before I had to go.

hey its momday I was up there last week end of week....parked in the upper lot near tower seen a guy in his truck drive thru with silver tool box on back then I parked over near church not the big lot but one on right of church...toward college...he drove by waived i followed out and all the way to interstate...he turned heading toward orono...man I want to meet you!!>.

ok, besides car cruising, where is the best place to go? Do guys walk up in the woods where the gate is next to the water tower? or is there a path somewhere else? thanks for any info

Hey Guys, Yesterday when it was empty a cop was parked in the parking lot up on the hill... USE COMMON SENSE AND CAUTION!
