The Barrie Examiner has just posted an article revealing that two men were arrested at this location last night, June 3, and that the Barrie police plan to increase their presence in this area. I am unable to post a link to the full article but a quick search of the Examiner archives should lead you to the appropriate page.

Apparently the washroom doors, accessible from the parking lot, at south shore centre are now locked. Not sure if they will re-open again or not.

where do u meet guys or cders at this spot? is there someplace to have fun or just meet and greet. what does one look for to approach down there, always lots of cars

was here sunday nite and blew 2 guys . lots of guys after midnight.
lots of trails here and watched two guys going at it but they wouldnt let me join bummer. i ended up beating my load off in the bush and went home

I noticed 2 undercover offiers a male (6'2, med build) and a female (5'8, short cropped hair). They were there mid PM and after 9 PM They were on the trails and at 9 pm had flash lights. they checked the cars in the pkg lot next to the condo's as well. They drove an unmarked white van.

how about later tonight after 9pm

Thanks Beeton. I get where you're coming from with the privacy but I've been there around that time before and seen several guys wandering around. Only ever seen one that did anything for me, but you can find private spots - most of the 'public' don't seem to be wandering the paths in the woods, and even they do, there are places to go where you can't be easily seen. I wouldn't go after dark because I want to be able to see who I'm doing...random shapes moving through black trees freaks me out.

I will be there on Sunday...but 5pm is too light...no privacy in the woods and very risky....most of the guys come out 8:30 or later...best times are 9:30 - 11:30 ....was with 4 different groups tonight...it was hot and by the looks of your pics...you would be a welcomed addition.
