Where exactly
It is not 4.5 miles on right anymore, they moved, the address is correct, but it's only 3 miles down Harper Rd, past the Country Inns & Suites, and is on the left across from the Harper Post Office. From Harper Rd go to Eccle's (away from beckley) The store is about 4 1/2 mile on right.

Etiquette
UPDATE: This place has changed, they no longer require tokens. You pay $5 at the counter and stay in the booth/theater area all day. Very Friendly staff, but will not tolerate loitering. Stay in the back and drop your tokens.
Safety
cruiser Adds: Staff is only strict on loitering in the front around his desk as folks come and go. Some people get scared off when to many guys are standing at his counter. Folks can go to the back and hang there all day if they want or if talking to Staff out front. They need to move to the back as customers come in so as to not make them nervous. Some people are embarrassed to be in a shop to start with.
