Great gym that is never crazy busy even at peak hours. It has plenty of individual showers, a sauna (co-ed), steam room (co-ed), heated indoor & outdoor pools, cold plunge pool, and hot tub. Also has an eating area where you can have a beer.

Where exactly
1) Off I-10, Exit 44 - Cedar Lake Road, head South. 2) Through the light on Popps Ferry, make a right at the three way stop on Richard. 3) eFit is on the Left
Etiquette
Nudity allowed in the locker room. Shower in one of the last two shower s. Peek into the next and see if they are giving a show. Walk around naked in the locker room and see who checks you out. Grab a locker near someone who is changing and see if they talk. Steam room is a good place to find interest, but it is co-ed so no full nudity there - casually grab your and see if they notice. Don't forget this is not a bathhouse... be respectful of those there just to have a good workout.
