Where exactly
Drive along freeman street then into the centre carpark. The toilet block is down near the Northcott Road exit. Buses from Seven Hills Station, not sure of the numbers though. Ask for Lalor Park Shops and they will know what one to catch. Cross street: Northcott Road
Cruisiest spot: The carpark outside, lots of guys wait and crusie in there cars or just go in the toilet and wait.
When to go
This place is open 24/7. Busiest time is in the afternoon from 3pm and all day over the weekend. Best times: Weekend is better from what I've seen and had there.

Either wait outside in your car or go into the toilet.

I'm like 7 minutes drive from this beat I frequent, usually afternoons to about just after 6pm, meaning I can host especially now that I have some days of evenings and early mornings are best here at my place other times depending on my schedule/work load...ask for details.
