Come off of the Wessex Way between Bournemouth and Ringwood at the Cooper Dean Roundabout. Head toward the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and it is directly opposite that. Go past Tesco and you have gone too far! Cross street: Castle Lane East

Cruisiest spot: Swimming pool changing rooms, showers!

7am-10pm. Best times: 9am-11am weekday morning in the swimming pool changing rooms!

Etiquette

No need to pay for a swim, just head straight downstairs (no card needed to get into the building and no checks done at the door) to the male swimming pool changing rooms. Not the dry rooms-too busy!
