Parking access from John St. or Mary St. Update 9/19/2008: Brampton Transit Queen St. Bus The route numbers have changed, and there's several other routes that go there too: 1 Queen 2 Main 52 McMurchy 24 Van Kirk 25 Edenbrook Go Train (To Georgetown). Go buses with Brampton as a final destination (Union Stn Bus, Buses from Yorkdale/York Mills). -------- Cross street: Located just east of the major intersection of Queen and Main Streets
Cruisiest spot: Urinals, stacks, study tables are all spots to cruise.
When to go
Monday-Thursday 10-9; Friday 10-6; Saturday 10-5, Sunday 1-5. Best times: Evenings are cruisiest times.
Etiquette
Upstairs washrooms are more frequented by adults. Stand and wait at the urinals or more effectively, wait nearby or in the stacks and see who goes in.
Safety
Used by kids and the elderly, and there's not much warning, either. Be discreet. Never cruise around kids.

Dunno who that comment was directed to... but it's fairly obvious where the cameras are...just use your eyes.

As for cameras...it appears that this place has been outfitted with cameras watching people coming in and out, and on the stairwells to both floors. There's a few others scattered throughout the library as well in the stack area. I wouldn't reccommend playing here. It's too risky, and you'll be caught on camera.

hey it wasn't actually closed...just the entrance...you had to go in around the back of the place through some backstreet to get into it... but it's all reopened now and the sidewalk construction is over.
