The guide

Where exactly

I90 E between Exits 57A (Angola) and 57(Hamburg).

Cruisiest spot: Picnic tables, wooded areas. There are no bathrooms. Not even portapotties anymore.

When to go

24/7 Best times: After Sundown, although I have seen people in the woods at all times of day. Also seasonal. Not conducive to winter cruising.

Etiquette

A lot of people sit in their cars until they see someone interesting, then walk in the wooded area hoping he will follow. Others just sit at the picnic tables and hope someone will pass by and chat them up. The usual rest area routine. At the far end, towards the exit, the woods and trails are accessible, although the main areas are treed enough and usually dark enough to be discreet.

Safety

The occasional overly agressive and indiscreet guy. Just use your head. Don't get naked, etc. There are enough trees and shrubs to be very discreet. Don't flash people sitting in their cars.
