I like this place cuz there are NO CONTRACTS, 19$ a month and quit anytime you like. The downfalls are no showers here, but the changing room is good to cruise along with the workout area

I am a daytime person, so I cannot speak for evenings, but I have had some luck between 10:00am - 3:00pm
Etiquette
The changing room, be discreet, Look at the crotch, look up and down and Nod
Nudity: Nudity onlt in the changing rooms.....
Safety
