Take Hwy 5. Exit Burbank or Scott to San Fernando Blvd. Cross street: Near Hwy 5
Cruisiest spot: Guys hang out in the parking lot in back too. Many take it to the outlook point on the hill behind K-Mart. That's an even hotter spot.
When to go
11am-11pm. Best times: Anytime.
Etiquette
Sit in your car in Taco Bell parking lot and on you soda pop while looking at the guy parked next to you. Trust me you both want the same thing. Then walk to the outside bathroom, wait a few minutes for him to join you. Now you can lock the door for privacy.
Safety
Guys sitting in the car not making a move. If the bathroom is full take the guy with you for a nice drive behind K-Mart across the street. Don't forget to lock the door.

This place is a waist of time...... I live near it & never have ever seen anything going on there.
