The shower area in the men's change rooms upstairs in Fitness first. you need to be cautious because most of the guys n here are straight, but there is still room for cruising if you try to be subtle. You obviously have to be a member of the gym to use the facilities.

Where exactly
Drive or get a bus to civic & walk on over to the Dendy end of the Civic Centre. Fitness First is located on the ground floor, under JB HI FI, and next to the sporting goods store.
When to go
Monday - Friday: 6am - 9pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm sunday: 10am - 4pm Most of the action happens after work between 5:30pm & 8pm, weeknights.
Etiquette
There is some cruising happening in the steam-room, but most of it seems to be happening in the showers. Try to get one of the shower cubicle furthest from the steam room. Showering with the doors slightly open will often attract some attention. You can even leave them wide open as a lot of guys there do. Just stand in your cubicle soaping up your until someone seems interested. There are all sorts of guys here. Guys in there 20's up to guys in there 50's. All body types: chubbies, average, slim & muscular. All sorts of too: some average - some huge!
Nudity: It's a change-room, so there is a lot of nudity. Be careful not to confuse the straight patrons with the cruisers. is probably not permitted, but it hasn't stopped most of the guys cruising there.
Safety
There is a lot of action here, but the locker-room is mostly used by straight guys. Be careful who you show off to, and make sure you don't get reported. This is a great spot - it'd be a shame for them to tighten security there.
