Where exactly

Because it is so secluded, it is a bit of a hike. Enter the national park at the intersection of maitland bay drive and the scenic road, park your car as far in as possible, then hike down to the beach. Cross street: Maitland Bay Drive and the scenic road

When to go

Any time really, best not to go at night though due to its restricted access.

Etiquette

Although its not a nudist beach, there is always naked men there so your best bet is to get naked near where they are hanging out.

Nudity: Nudity is officially prohibited here so be careful.

Safety

There will be hikers and families there sometimes so best to stay out of their way and not make them uncomfortable by your presence.
