Where exactly

Get off at Chiasso Railway Station. It's on the Swiss-Italian border. (Trains passing on the line Stuttgart-Zurich-Bellinzona-Lugano-Chiasso-Como-Milano). You can take a bus from Como to Chiasso. You will need your passport or ID card.

Etiquette

There are 4 Urinals in the Mens' toilets. Stand at one of the end ones and stroke your when a man enters. You'll soon realise if he's interested/gay as he'll do the same.

Safety

Not very busy. Ignore immigrants. Be wary of guys in uniform or with a flourescent orange jacket - they work in the station.
