The Ashland Arms Guest House offers five fetish theme rooms: Leather, Sports, Rubber, Dreams and Bunk. These individual rooms open up to our generously appointed soft-loft Great Room featuring a comfortable and inviting communal kitchen / dining / living room common area. Continental breakfast is served on weekdays and a prepared breakfast is served on weekends. Just minutes to Lake Michigan beaches and parks; two blocks away from the Leather Archives Museum; and short trips to The Magnificent Mile and Chicago’s world-famous tourist destinations for sports, shopping, entertainment, nightlife and dining.
