Where exactly
It's the toilets behind the bowling green in Southend. As you get out of Southend Central station (by the last post pub) turn right, go past the railway hotel turn left and the toilets are on the right.
Cruisiest spot: The urinals or make a date on the cubicle wall.
When to go
Unsure but I've been there at 8pm and it's still open. Best times: Evenings and weekends.
Etiquette
Make a date on the cubicle wall or at urinals. Also turn the light on in the cubicle if you want to give a hint your there.
Safety
Bit smelly and in residential area. It's in a residential area but not had any problems as of yet. Just don't make it obvious.
