It is a nice wooded area hehind the target store. Its about 10 acres. There are large trees with smaller ones that block all view from streets.

Just about anytime of day. I think 4:00pm-9:00pm is best.

There are bicycle riders that go through at times.

does anyone go there? I have gone by a few times and never saw anything. if anyone could give me some more info on it I would really appreciate it

Around 7 pm or so, wait in your car and see if another buddy pulls up nearby. (Make sure you don't linger in one spot too long. Rent-a-cops drive by every once in a while.) Make eye contact and get out of your cars to cross the street to the woods. It's cold outside right now, but if you're determined, you can swap sperm with your buddy.

I have never been there before or heard of it either. Is it cruisy, or is it just the poster who goes there? I'm up for it if there's a chance of busting a nut.
