Where exactly

Go past the RTA heading north towards the swimming pool, turn right as the road veers around to the left. Behind the Toilet is a park. There alot of car parking spaces in the street

Closes around 9.30pm roughly. Best times: All day, gets busy around lunch time and when it is getting dark is the best time.

Just walk in and wait. There is one cubicle, but just stand at the and watch...or join in.
