Where exactly

Brookdale south as it curves under the bridge drive into the first lane on the right. Cross street: Brookdale and Water Street

Cruisiest spot: You can park in the laneway just south of Water Street, there are trails that are secluded and lead you out under the bridge. Usually active after 3pm.

Mid afternoon, early evening.

Walk into the trails, let it hang out, stroke it and see who is following
