Where exactly
Turn off Pioneer Road onto Lake Parade and follow this right to the end. You will see the toilet block beside the Surf Club next to the carpark. Cross street: Parker Road
Cruisiest spot: In the communal showers while showering through the day. In the cubicles or at night.
When to go
Anytime. Best late in the day as people come from the beach. After dark is good for cruising. Best times: Can happen anytime. After dark is often best but can happen through day with surfers showering after surfing.

Be careful as genuine beach users also use these amenities so need to take care.
