11/18/04 A cruiser comments: The guy at the counter in the bookstore part was nice and friendly. However, the video booth section was a different story. There were people loitering outside the booths and a guy who sits in a folding chair constantly yelling at them to get into a booth or leave. Not a very comfortable environment. The guys standing around must enjoy being yelled at or cannot follow directions. There would be no running commentary from the guy in the chair if they would get in a booth and drop some money.
