Where exactly

From Detroit: 1. Head east on Cadillac Square toward Bates St, 0.1 mi 2. Take the 2nd right onto Randolph Street, 0.2 mi 3. Turn left onto Interstate 375 Business (Spur)/E Jefferson Ave, Destination will be on the right, 390 ft. The lower level of the building, right next to the food court.

When to go

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (business hours), Saturdays and Sundays pretty much all day. Afternoons and early mornings.

Etiquette

Be discreet. Stand at the urinals just far back enough that someone can see your piece but your not being obvious, people who are not cruising usually stand very close to the urinal. Cruisiest Spot: The urinals. Just stand in front, someone will come up next to you to peep your goods. Space between stall doors and partitions are wide enough to walk past and catch a glimpse.
