It's a public washroom. There are showers and changing stalls. A few changing stalls have peep holes in them alowing you to spy on all the hot, naked men getting undressed and showering. I have encountered one man that constantly shows himself off and showers a good 6 times a day, looking at other men's . A great spot to get off!

A lot of the time after 5 pm it is nice and can be cruisy, be discreet and you'll find what you need and want.

checked this place out today. Got there after it rained, it was empty but I guess I got lucky with a guy getting off work.
