Where exactly
It runs from the river at Smithfields bridge, up Ballarat Road, near the Victoria Uni. Best place to park is in Ballarat Road or up at the end, alongside the Uni, in the small dead end street (Mill Close).
Cruisiest spot: Along the top pathway between More Street and the Uni end of the park.

This place is almost 24 hours. Best times: But the best time is very late at night, as you get to meet guys on their way home and in most cases are not that fussy regarding other guys' ages.
