Where exactly
Get onto Hall Rd then turn at the set of lights of Carrum Downs Shopping Centre. Follow through the first roundabout stop when you see lots of bushes on your left. Cross street: Hall Rd
When to go
9pm till late. Can't be during the day as its just a big area of trees. Best times: 9pm to 12am.
Etiquette
Just sit in your car and wait for people to arrive, then just get out and walk into the bushes and wait for the right person. There is a fence around it but parts are pushed over as people use it during the day to walk there dogs.
Safety
Try not to be too obvious about getting out and walking straight in as there are people who walk by.
