Where exactly
Train or bus to Fremantle Station, then walk to either Mouat St. or Henry St., enter courtyard and toilets next to Law School. You enter through a door, which is always open. Just ask around or go into the Law School and have a look at the campus map.
When to go
Most days, anytime before 6pm. Best times: Lunchtime, between 11 and 1pm. Dates open: Most days, anytime before 6pm.
Etiquette
This is relatively new and seeing the school year has just begun, not many students know of this place. There is a hole in he wall of the cubicle. Sit in the cubicle and watch the show. The best way to let the guy(s) at know you want action is to put your foot under the cubicle wall and tap it a few times.

The only down side is that the cubicle is quite small, but there are other toilets with better cubicles where you can take a guy for some fun, once you meet him.
