GRRRL SCOUT presents COVEN HALLOWEEN PARTY Come celebrate “All Hallows’ Eve“ (early) with the queerest coven in town! Join us, October 28th, for GRRRL SCOUT’s newest Halloween extravaganza, “COVEN”! Our lair, located deep in the depths of hell (Hell’s Kitchen), will be filled with a tantalizing array of spooky treats, tricks and tinctures. Come one come all and feast your eyes on enchanting pop up performances from burlesque beauty Elektra Cute and other special guests. It will be most difficult to escape the powers of their spells. In addition to a scalding HOTT dance floor with Dj Ari Atari, Coven will feature a paranormal photo booth and complimentary tarot readings for those that like a little black magic. Be sure to enjoy a few crafty cocktails as the Ouija Boards summon you to the private parlor for a little throwback fun. And of course the best dressed (costumes) will be rewarded with an extra special smattering of prizes and giveaways. COSTUME CONTEST: Check in when you arrive (by 11:30 p.m.) with the lovely folks from “Wine and Crime” (a rad local podcast incorporating humor and spooky facts about some of history's most notorious murders). Costumes will be judged on the following categories: • Most Inventive • Funniest • Best Dressed (catch all for a job well done) Judges will narrow down to the top 3 contestants for each category. Audience will choose winners via applause. Winners will take home awesome prize packs courtesy of our rad sponsors. Details coming soon!
