About

Break out your leg warmers, headbands, and ankle weights for September Sister Night! We're gonna get in-shape, 80s style. Join the Sister Night crew and get reay to sweat! This month's beneficiary is the DP Thomas Foundation for Obesity. All tips and donations will go to the foundation. Here's what they have to say about themselves: DP Thomas Foundation for Obesity promotes healthy living as a way to combat obesity and its negative affect on society by educating the community on nutrition, exercise, and the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle. See you Thursday!
