Best to walk trail. Zipper open when you see someone of interest,touch your crotch and wait for response. Best to find a tree or bush to have a quickie.

I have been there a couple of times with much sucksess The fishing pier and overlook at the best spots for action.

correct name of park is Optomist. just past the tennis courts.
