Where exactly
Terminal 4 is served by the tube and Heathrow Express.
Etiquette
Toilets are quieter in arrivals. If you find someone you like, take them to the restaurant toilets, just to the left of Weatherspoons. Disabled toilet - a risk, but I've done it twice - you can always claim you were helping someone. Last time I went it was closed up.
Safety
All the toilets can be used, but discretion, attendants and airport security should make you behave sensibly.
