Where exactly

There is pub 'The Harp' at the corner on West Hendon Broadway (A5), turn towards west (you can see the Lake beyond) on Cool Oak Lane, come across the little bridge, turn left in the park. Cross street: Cool Oak Lane

Cruisiest spot: There are many deep bush everywhere, beside of the lake, car parking area near foot ball ground etc.
