Shenango Valley Mall Shopping centre · <100 m from centre Shopping centre · <100 m Several cruisy restrooms are available in this mall. Kaufmans, Sears, JC Penney and in the mall hallway itself. They are all very private large stalls. JC Penney is the best! I go there every few days. 2pm-8pm
