The guide

Where exactly

the gym is along field house lane in marlow (right at the bottom of the road)

When to go

7-10pm

Etiquette

The best place is the steam room, as there is a cozy little corner and it is always really steamy in there, so you have plenty of warning if somebody does come in. The other good place is the male sauna, as nobody really uses that one, but it is still a little bit risky in there as people walk past to go to the showers, so be a little careful, If you wanted to move on to the toilets then feel free. the best way to hook up is to get talking about things and then sort of move on with 'oh this steam does make me ' etc (only if your sure that the person is cruising),

Nudity: nudity in the male sauna.

Safety

just dont get caught and straight people.
