The guide

Where exactly

Follow the signs to the NCP in isleworth, park you car, then follow signs to LA fitness.

When to go

Mon - Thurs: 6:30am - 10:00pm Fri: 6:30am - 9:00pm Sat & Sun: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Etiquette

Take your time getting changed after using the gym, wear a jock strap (not may guys do, but the ones I have see are usually up for fun). Don't go straight to the showers, visit the sauna, (take you towel of once you are in there), stroke yourself (not to much) and catch someones eye.

Nudity: Only in changing rooms and sauna.
