Cruisiest spot: Sit outside on tables..best to meet there and go back to someone's place.

When to go

Anytime except midday as workers from nearby council chambers sit right outside for lunch otherwise at own discretion..late at night seems ok. Best times: Mornings seem best or after 5 pm.
